If you had unrestricted finish freedom, how would you distinguish your new building? That's the open invitation the Koreteck system offers to architects and building owners. Given their solid noncavity composition, Koreteck panels are not EIFS construction as defined by architectural graphic standards of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). So, you’re free to use virtually any finish system available on the market.

The noncavity Koreteck system is ready to finish:
- Acrylics such as Senergy can be applied directly to the system and do not require another layer of foam to be installed as do conventional cavity wall systems such as EIFS
- Other options, such as brick veneer, stone and metal siding, further expand the exterior finishing possibilities
|
|
On the interior, the Koreteck system is the perfect substrate for applying gypsum wallboard or other approved thermal barriers:
- Clearly marked seam lines indicate the proper position for fastener placement, allowing the installer to quickly and easily apply the interior wall finishes
- Electrical openings can be easily located in the system using a foam cutter such as a hot knife

No matter how you choose to finish your Koreteck building, you can count on superior performance from the solid panel construction:
- Independently tested for structural, fire and vapor transmission and sound transmission characteristics
- Koreteck assemblies have successfully passed U.L. 263/ASTM E 119 Fire Tests of Building Construction Materials for 1- and 2-hour durations
